post
i've been wanting to post... but nothing interesting is happening and i have been quite busy and tired whenever i reach home. just looking forward to weekends where i can spend some time with my friends so i can relax and be myself without being judged by anyone and without having to face some damn fucked up people.....

one bad thing is that i'm getting hunger easily nowadays. sucks man.... but i'm trying to plan something big nowadays.... dunno if it's feasible enough.... dunno if i can succeed... dunno if i can actually do it... but i think i will try my best and give it a shot... got mixed reviews from friends.. but it might be good if i can work for something for myself... rather then working for other people and getting myself all pissed off in the process... sure many would know wat i mean ya? ha..

dunno why those sort of people exist.. the people that exist to piss us off. really wanna slap them in the face... turn it inside out.. and lay the smack down on them....

and i'm trying to save money... haha.. so the trick is to eat more breakfast and dinners at home.

been listening to songs from 2000 - 2001, around those years... grunge rock... miss those tunes miss those voices... too many keane, coldplay like kinda band nowadays. and also punk bands with whiny voices. not that i dun like them... i like them too... just that it's around too much nowadays.

have been searching for a nice belt. but cannot seem to find them. anybody got any idea? and in the midst of searching for the belt, i come across so many other potential buyable stuffs. tmd. not good. haha.

too much random shit... makes for bad reading.... i feel bad typing all this shit out too. gonna end it here... gonna show some tender loving care to my guitar for now... byeeee...

Boy vs Tank
a very powerful image.... of a Palestinian boy and Israeli tank. Many boys like him, have grown old, and their sons, and the sons of their sons have also grown old... but the situation is still the same.. will it ever be different? i do not know.... it has transcended hate... transcended everything else.... it's not gonna be easy for changes to take place....

Food also can Pirate now leh...
Eatery closed for selling cardboard-stuffed buns

BEIJING authorities yesterday closed a dim-sum restaurant that sold steamed cardboard-stuffed buns, Beijing Times reported today.

The cardboard was a substitute for pork. The restaurant owner fled and is wanted for questioning.

The raid came after the restaurant in Beijing's Chaoyang District was reviewed by a local TV station a few days earlier.

The stuffing of the bun was made of cardboard and pork fat, said the TV program.

The recipe went like this: Cardboard was soaked in water and an industrial-use caustic soda, a poisonous chemical, was added. The cardboard lost its normal color and became fragile under the soda's strong causticity, making it look more like pork. Finally, pork-smell essence and pork fat were stirred into the concoction to make the stuffing more "vivid."

"It may save me almost 1,000 yuan (US$132.14) a day," said the shop owner, according to the program.

It was unclear how long the restaurant was serving the cardboard-filled dumplings.

The buns were prepared at a kitchen in nearby Taiyanggong Village to avoid people finding out. Officials with the Zuojiazhuang Industrial and Commercial Administration closed down the prep kitchen yesterday.

The prep-kitchen's landlord is being questioned, said the Beijing Times report.

Chaoyang District's Industrial and Commercial Administration said it will inspect the district's 58 dim-sum restaurants soon.

Pork prices in 36 major cities nationwide continued to rise last month due to a supply shortage.

Pig leg was sold at 19.56 yuan per kilogram on average in June, jumping 12.3 percent from May, and continuing April's upward trend, according to the National Development and Reform Commission.

Rid Insomia~~~

Many people, all over the world, have trouble falling asleep; they have problems with waking up in the middle of the night, they wake up to early, they don’t feel well-rested when they wake up in the morning, and the list goes on. You don’t want to be one of those people, do you? Here’s a list of 15 things you can do, to improve the quality of your well earned sleep.

1. Wind it down, bro!

Being physically active before going to bed isn’t a very good idea. It stimulates your brain and your blood pressure, making it harder for you to fall asleep!

2. No bedtime coffee

Limit your use of caffeine (coffee, tobacco, chocolate, tea, soft drinks, energy drinks etc.) during the day, and especially before going to bed.

3. Avoid snacks before going to bed

Eating a snack before sleeping is not recommended. It will raise your blood sugar level, and then when it drops, you might wake up and have trouble falling asleep again.

4. Sleep as dark as possible

Even the smallest light in your bedroom can disrupt your sleep drastically, or said in another way:
“If there is even the tiniest bit of light in the room it can disrupt your circadian rhythm and your pineal gland’s production of melatonin and seratonin” - Dr. Joseph Mercola

5. Peeing before sleeping

It’s a really good practice, to go to the bathroom as the last thing on the day, everyday. Waking up in the middle of the night because you have to pee is unbearable.

6. Don’t turn it on!

If you do have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, then whatever you do, don’t turn on the lights! As soon as you press that switch, you lose a whole nights production of the sleep aid, melatonin.

7. No TV / computer watching

Keep the TV and computer activities as long away from bedtime as possible.

8. Keep your feet warm

The feet often feel cold before the rest of your body, and that’s why it is such a good idea to wear socks to bed.

9. No alcohol

Though it’s a common myth that alcohol can help you fall asleep, the drowsy effect is short lived. You won’t get into the deeper stages of sleep, where most of the healing takes place and you have a high chance of waking up just a few hours later.

10. Turn the clock away

Constantly staring at the alarm clock is not a good idea. It starts a really bad circle, where you just think about how hard it is for you to fall asleep, and when you think in a pattern like that, it often gets true. Simply turning the clock away is very easy, and very effective.

11. Use your bed only for sex and sleep.

No work, no reading, no TV, no phone calls, etc. Keep your bed only for sex and sleep.

12. No long naps

If you feel tired through the day, and feel that you need to take a nap, then don’t sleep for more than half an hour, and if you can, take a power walk instead. Walkingfor just 15 minutes can work wonders on a tiring day.

13. Don’t go to bed on an empty stomach

But don’t eat a big meal just before going to sleep, either.
Tip: Have a glass of (hot) milk, not only is it nutritious, milk also contains Tryptophan, which is a natural sleep inducer. A banana has the same attributes.

14. Expose yourself to sunlight soon after awakening

This will help your biological clock find out whether it’s night or day.

15. Make sure your bed is comfortable

A good pillow and a big warm bed can work wonders.

Nobody Knows

an old song that have been hidden in my library of songs.... really really loved this song... one of those songs that you can really put it on repeat mode when u're in the mood. there will be times when any of us can really relate to it. painful emo song.... beautifully written.... tell me if you don't think so.....

I pretended I'm glad you went away
These four walls closin' more every day
And I'm dying inside
And nobody knows it but me

Like a clown I put on a show
The pain is real even if nobody knows
Now I'm cryin' inside
And nobody knows it but me

Why didn't I say
The things I needed to say
How could I let my angel get away
Now my world is just a-tumblin' down
I can see it so clearly
But you're nowhere around

1-The nights are lonely
The days are so sad
And I just keep thinkin' about
The love that we had
And I'm missin' you
And nobody knows it but me

I carry a smile when I'm broken in two
Now I'm nobody without someone like you
I'm tremblin' inside, and nobody knows it but me
I lie awake, its a quarter past three
I'm screamin' at night
As if I thought you'd hear me
Yeah my heart is callin' you
And nobody knows it but me

How blue can I get
You could ask my heart
But like a jigsaw puzzle its been torn all apart
A million words couldn't say just how I feel
A million years from now you know I'll be lovin' you still
(repeat 1)

Tomorrow mornin' I'm hittin' the dusty road
Gonna find you wherever, ever you might go
I'm gonna unload my heart
And hope you come back to me
Said when the nights are lonely...
